Registration/Policies


Fees
  • Tuition is listed in each workshop description.
  • Deposit is $50 per workshop.
  • Deposit is non refundable.
  • Balance of payment is due 60 days before the first day of class.
  • Failure to pay in full on time may result in losing your reserved spot.

Payment is also accepted via PayPal. There is a 3% fee automatically added on when your payment is processed through PayPal.


*Registration is completed by filling out the registration form (see below) and paying the $50 deposit. If signing up less than 60 days before the start of class, full amount is due upon registration.*

Cancellations
  • Workshop may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.
  • If workshop is cancelled, 100% refund of the tuition paid will be refunded, including deposit*.
  • If student cancels 60 or more days from starting date of workshop, the deposit is forfeited, but the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If student cancels within 60 days of the start of class, every effort will be made to fill their spot and refund the balance. If the spot cannot be filled, the remaining balance will not be returned. The deposit is non-refundable.

 TLCWorkshops is not liable for any travel expenses incurred if a workshop is cancelled. 


*PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are made in the same manner that payments were received, so if you paid with a check, you will receive a refund by check. If you paid using PayPal, your refund will also be processed using PayPal. Any applicable PayPal fees and/or charges will be deducted.
